This is so sickening. I don’t ever understand how any human could treat another human regardless if colour as a slave. The way these people were treated was so inhumane it’s hard to believe. I didn’t even want to press the like button really, but theres no other button to push. It breaks my heart to see videos like this, and it still breaks my heart when I hear and see racism in 2024. We need to be kind hearted to everyone. Why be hateful and cruel to people just because of their colour. We all bleed red blood none of us are better than anyone else. I can’t imagine the horror these people and our indigenous people of Australia went through all those years ago. It’s horrific to see the way they were treated.

However, as a professor teaching American history, this is an excellent collection, with several rarely seen photos accompanied by an accurate narration. Together, they present some of the true horrors of the terrible things people will do to others for the sake of greed and racism.
