Love this!!!❤ I wasted so much time not being myself in order to maintain my relationships. It's much more peaceful now that I've chosen to be myself and live a life that is not as exciting as it used to be (at least from the outside), but definitely more authentic. I love myself much more now that I'm being the true me with few friends and family that understands and accepts me. It's way better than attending to parties I don't even want to attend to and having to talk to people with whom I don't feel good, while not being able to be the slow, quiet and introverted person who I really am. And learning to value the tiniest things in life... It was a game changer.😊

Thank you Hwannie(?) for putting this video on the internet. It brings me flashback on how I get on the feet again after my depressive state. Nothing to lose, choosing people who accept us. Not holding on to hope that is not even there. I forget how I can be too desperate holding onto someone that I may lose myself in the process.
