Living in a oil and gas zone I can see why our water is dropping. They drain the gas and oil from below by fracking, then pockets and cracks fill with water that leaches upwards and contaminates our water supply.

Atmospheric co2 used to be over we're only around 400ppm. Plants die below 150...
