Best New Beauty Launches: Spring 2019

There are loads of great beauty launches for spring, here are my favourites. If you are looking to change up your skincare or makeup routine then these are all solid investments and offer great quality and good value for money.

I really wish La Roche Posay would take the fragrance out of their products that include it. They claim to be for sensitive skin but should really be a completely fragrance free range to be suitable for those of us with troublesome skin. Emma x

I also love the Weleda light moisturizer and my skin loves it too. I have 2 of the BB liquid lips and I plan to buy a third because I agree with you, that they are the best lip launch of the season. They wear well, feel comfy and the colors are beautiful.

I love all the Welleda products my favourite is their eye cream.I have been using L'Occitaine 3 in 1 Cleasing water it leaves a softness to your skin that is lovely.You look fab as usual.Your eyes are smashing .I would love to see you do a day to night eye look video.

I love Clinique Even Better Refresh too. Have you tried Clarins Skin Illusion? I love it so much. I love the way it looks like my skin but better and I love that it’s almost completely plant-based and good for my skin. Clarins is so underrated in the US.

I always like watching these videos, thanks Ruth, for all the hard work! Though my skin care approach is different than yours - I use the big guns of dermatology and like to go aggressive, like tretinoin, 30% AHA as a treatment once a week, 30% vitamin C, hydroquinone and all of them incorporated into a Korean style beauty regime- I love seeing the new releases and I will definitely try out a couple of these. Weleda skin food light sounds so good, I loved the thicker version. And the vitamin C serum from La Roche Posay seems like a milder one to use under the blistering Mediterranean sun. (We have been having rains so far, but summer is just around the corner.) 😘❤️

I really love Skin Food and have not tried the lighter version yet, however, if you want to stick with the original formula I've seen a dermatologist's skin care routine recently and she uses a beauty blender to blend the product in. Helps a lot with that 'sitting on the skin' feeling.
