Nakakagigil ang ganyan senaryo, akala ng mga immigration officers sa kapwa Filipino walang kakayahang mangibang bansa. Napaka discriminated ng ganyan klaseng tanong.. it happens to me also with my friend ..bound to bangkok kami..our flight is 5.30 in the afternoon...my friend got excited so we arrived at the airport around 1.30 p.m luckily the airline counter opens at 1.40...then when we proceed to the immigration we're hold by immigration also for 2 hours....I think the main reason is because we both don't have a job...It's actually a travel sponsor to us by our generous friend....good thing I have a copy of my latest bank statement where I can proved that, I can sustained my travel to

Had a similar experience. Waited for 2 hours at the immigration and was finally given the permission to board. I asked the IO kung paano ticket ko for the next plane, since nakaalis na yung dapat na sasakyan ko which was not even my fault. I was so naive to have felt kind of hopeful that there would be a consideration na baka automatic na makakasakay ako sa sunod na flight without paying for a new ticket since ang sagot sa akin ng IO ay pumunta na lang daw ako sa office ng airline dahil sila ang naghahandle ng ticket. I asked the officer a few times kung sino magbabayad and iisa lang ang sagot nya lagi na pumunta na lang ako sa office ng airlines. I ended up paying around Php 45, 000 for the next flight to the Netherlands. Kung pwede sana unahin na lang nilang iinterview mga passengers na malapit na ang schedule ng flight. They can be systematic and do their job if it's protecting us from human trafficking para hindi din unfair sa mga naiiwan ng plane after nila bigyan ng permission to board.

My sister and I experienced this as first time travelers out of the country. We were asked too many question despite giving them proof and answering everything then these two Immigration officers who were questioning us that time looked at each other like giving signal or whatever then the next thing happened was we were held at the office. The officer there looked at our travel papers and passports after waiting for 30 minutes just to be told na "oh ok na 'to bakit pa kayo pinapunta dito?" we were almost left by the plane! and I was so pissed off kasi it was pretty obvious na the first two immigration personnel were power tripping us just because we look young and they were mocking our reason for traveling kasi we wanted to watch a concert outside the country. I can still remember that female officer telling my sister na "manonood lang kayo ng concert? Nagpunta na yang mga yan dito eh nahawakan ko pa" and so? We have the money why do u care and that's so unprofessional of her na invade nya yung personal space nung artist just to brag and mock us.

Umuusok galit ko sa nangyaring to, wala yatang matinong tao dyan sa airport kung ano-anong kademonyohan ginagawa dyan dapat sa mga yan tanggalin lahat sa pwesto nang matuto.

Same experience. Kung ano ano pinagtatanong nila hanggang sa maiwan na ko ng plane. No choice i have to buy another ticket. These people have no empathy. They should be punished severely.

The immigration officer who questioned hee for so long should be held responsible for her wasted plane ticket..It is obvious that these immigration officers only want to make money from these innocent passengers.

Nangyari din to sakin on the way to HK. Hindi ako umabot sa boarding dahil sa tagal ng pag question. Pero since nandun na mommy ko at di talaga ako papayag na hindi maka sanod sa kaniya, nag book ako ulit ng next available flight and pumila ulit sa same IO. Nagulat siya kasi may pambook ako ng ticket agad agad kasi alam ko naman na nang mamata sila ng mga passengers.
Parang yung frustration nila sa buhay at trabaho nila eh sa ating mga pasahero binibigay. Oo we get it na trabaho nila yan pero sana maging fair at reasonable naman. Lahat ng kabayan natin may karapatang lumabas ng bansa para ienjoy pinag hirapan nilang pera.

When I was younger and vulnerable, they offloaded after speaking with immigration officers on 2 consecutive occasions on 2 different airports..It wasn’t fair and I blamed myself. I did not stand my ground and we did not even think of complaining about it. I went home and just cried for being not allowed to travel. This still causes me trauma facing immigration officers even though this happened 10 years ago.

Nasayang isang araw sa five days na travel ko dahil sa paghold sakin ng IO at tanungin ako kung may emailed ticket ako kahit may pinapakita na kong printed ticket. Imbes makapagtravel at makapagbakasyon ng maayos stress lang inabot ko. Nagastosan pa ko dahil sa pagbalik balik sa airport for another flight. Nakakadismaya halos magdadalawang buwan na lumipas pero ramdam ko parin ang pagkadismaya at pagkabwiset sa immigration sa T3.dapat balasin at palitan ang sistemang bulok sa Immigration. At dapat dapat bayaran nila ang mga nasasayang na pera ng mga tao dahil sa ginagawa nilang delay.

Matagal ng ginagawa ng mga Immigration Officers sa mga Pilipinong aalis ng bansa, napakawalang puso ng mga yan, di ba nila alam na pagkuha palang ng visa pahirapan na, mahabang paghihintay, daming gastos tapos maiiwan lang ng eroplano dahil sa mga IO. Sana naman may gawin din sila sa mga IO!
