Israeli swimmer Ami Dadaon, 23, has won his second gold medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympics in the 200m freestyle S4 class with a time of 2:49.26, finishing more than three seconds ahead of the runner up. Dadaon holds the world record in the event which he set at the Tokyo Paralympics three years ago. This is his third medal at the Paris Games, winning gold in the 100m freestyle and silver in the 150m individual medley. Watch as he sings the Israeli national anthem which, he told Israel’s Sport5 broadcaster, “is the symbol of our country, my symbol, and therefore I shouted it with everything I had.”
