Someone help my chuck ring is so thin and it is not holding the 2 pieces and they just fall out, idk if i lost the actual ring or broke something

I am using Camlin double click pencil, I remove the Main Lead advance tip and the other lead advance tip (it has 2) but when I try to remove the chuck. It is not coming out and i am unable to remove it... Please see to it.
