why create surfaces? can't you use the four fillets in the solid model?

Does the level of detail of the mesh change when you zoom in the compare window? Or is that set through your tolerances in the stock model?

I can't duplicate the stock model from created surfaces. I get nothing after regeneration. If I then try to update the water line I get "reporting computational error" :/
