One thing Jordan misses out on when he says 'keep Ukraine out of the hands of the West', I think he's fallen for Russian propaganda that claims we're exactly the same people and that the West has somehow 'corrupted' us with its ideology.

When we Ukrainians speak of Western values that we want to integrate into our society, it's not cancel culture that we're seeking, or dozens of genders, or hatred for white men. We seek the rule of law vs the rule of 'the biggest bloodiest bastard with a club', which Russia has become. Seeing as Dr. Peterson has never been on the receiving end of this Russian club, I understand he may see Ukraine as simply manipulated by the West. He's wrong.

The seriousness when he’s asked about a bit of Hitler in everyone and he responds with the most serious face “there’s more than a bit.”

Refreshing to hear the honest truth of Dr. Jordan Petersen without being disrupted by Piers Morgan.

Piers Morgan putting his flagrant ignorance on display as usual

Piers is exactly the kind of man that would misuse power to do wrong and yet he acts surprised that there's evil inside us. He who constantly tries to catch people off guard just to cast an awful light on them.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn was writing about so-called “useful idiots” in the West. He meant people who fell into a fallacy of the USSR being a great country with a great potential undergoing the major transformation of our time. Jordan Peterson also exposed himself as a victim of a fallacy, the fallacy of the long-held belief that Russia was a mighty nation, rather than an oil and gas revenue-fed military with no regard for its citizens, with no self-confidence in any unique national identity.
Would soldiers from a genuinely powerful nation really steal washing machines, toilets, refrigerators and more to ship back to their wives and families? Would the families of soldiers from a real superpower be giving their warriors lists of appliances and more to bring home because the people of their savaged neighbor are so better off? Would a self-aware and confident Russia be so determined to erase completely the history, culture, and entire existence of a neighbor unless that neighbor’s existent exposed the fraud that has been Russia’s aggressively advertised image for decades?

Jordan Peterson keeps referring to Alexander Solzhenitsyn. However, he obviously didn’t understand what this book was about. He offers to satisfy demands of a ‘mass murderer” just because a murderer says: “Oh! I am gonna kill you all! Shameful statements? Alexander Solzhenitsyn was writing about a different attitude, a different spirit.

You can tell a dangerous character when they deem implausible to have evil in them. Exactly the kind of person that, given power, will show their true nature to everyone without ever recognizing it in themselves.

It's like smoking in a gas station and then after explosion blaming totalitarian laws of physics. Although you saw that safety note so many times.

I used to admire him. But it is surprising to hear now how much of his rhetorics repeats actual Russian propaganda. He is also all over the place commenting any issues and being an expert on everything, which makes his comments seem more and more shallow. Real disappointment.

He’s not as disrespectful to Jordan like he was Tate. Constantly talking over the latter.

The same insanity happens over and over again.. vietnam war, iraq, afghanistan..emotions run high and ppl are fed with what the media and politicans are saying.. and afterwards we say how stupid we were to believe it all.

The level of emphasis people put on the European reliance on Russian gas and oil is blown out of proportion. Yes, the EU has made a deal with the devil when they've gone and developed energy trade with Russia to the point it can't easily be replaced by another source. Yes, the EU has failed to see through the lies and facade of the Russian state for years and thus failed to react in time. Yes, the situation is far from ideal to make a stand against tyranny as it stands. However, this is now the situation we find ourselves in and despite all the things that should and could have been done better they haven't been and push has come to shove. Despite that, the only reasonable thing to do is to make sure Russia does not win through violence and malevolence. It must be opposed for what are we if we do not? The fact that Europeans have to cut down on energy usage and suffer through inflation is a price that in this situation has to be paid. Otherwise the price will be much steeper.

I love Jordan’s brutal approach to reality, leaving out any possible romantic outcome of the conflict, yet I disagree in a few points on his geopolitical assessment of the war. In any case, a pleasure to hear him.
