great content!! I've been using Libre sensor over 3 years and since then I do rarely finger pricking . That's the one relieve I got it through Libre sensor but scanning the sensor is a little bit tedious task for me. Now I'm using Bluon of Ambrosia company which I put it on the sensor sensor and transmits the sensor's data to my phone and watch without scanning it. Not only that it gives me alarm and allows me to share the data.

Nuts naturally have very low glycemic index, and some of them don't even contribute to any immediate changes in the serum blood glucose, because they contain significant amount of fat, then some protein and very little digestable carbs. Perhaps you can try eating nuts alone and see if there is any difference.

Very informative video, I have been using the FreeStyle libre sensor with Nightrider Blucon. It allows me to read my bloods without having to prick my fingers. I can see exactly the state of my bloods and what has happen. It provides a clear picture of how food and exercise affect my bloods. I feel I can control my diabetes a lot better.
