Thanks for the tutorial on loading paper. But the machine is not [icking it up when I press print. An icon appears at the bottom of my Mac machine with a yellow triangle exclamation mark. The screen on the printer says that it is printing the data. But eventually a message appears on the printer screen in white lettering on a red background saying Support Code C000. Underneath is written: "Printer error has occurred. Follow these steps - 1. Check there are no foreign objects or protective materials in the device. 2. Check that the ink tanks are installed correctly. Do you have any video tutorials covering these points please?

I mean it gets stuck a lot, i have to put few papers and try to push the one above so it is captured by the print, but this means i have to be infront of it every time i wanna print a large document and do nothing else, i dont know whats the probleme
