Thanks for the video I just bought T mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it wouldn't support zipped files which I found weird because my Galaxy S2 did. So now thanks to you unzipped and synced to my phone no issues thanks because customer support didn't even know how to fix the issue I was having with the zipped files.

did you compress the file on your computer? what is the fie extension? if you received it from someone else, it is possible that it is corrupted. also it is possible that file extension is not supported by by windows default compressor.

hey when i try to unzip the file it says windows cannot open file windows cannot complete extension
