Thank you for posting this video ~ our VA Nursing Home Family Council is sharing it with the Nursing Home's administrators because it eloquently defines what we have tried to tell them these last 4 years. Military members and their families take service seriously. Our residents must be treated better and knowing these 15 points about them will help.
