NHL IMPERIALISM #2 ALL-TIME TEAMS (#NHL 23)

Today, we take a map of the US, Canada, and NHL and merge them together in a Risk turn-based game. Teams will take turn expanding their territory by claiming independent states and provinces or beating other teams in an NHL simulation. However it comes with a twist it is played out by the All-time teams for each franchise. Which NHL team will be the last one standing?
