★Online Classes★

This is basically honeycomb toffee with iced latte. It’s so good!

▶Dalgona Latte◀

⊙Korean Style Honeycomb Toffee (Mega Dalgona)⊙
Sugar (white sugar) 100g
Water 30ml
Baking Soda 3g (this ranges between 2.5~5g)

① Boil the sugar & water in a saucepan until you reach a light brown (amber colour) add the baking soda
② Stir it well.
③ Pour it onto parchment paper/silicon mat.

⊙Dalgona Latte⊙
Espresso 40ml
Milk 160ml
Korean Style Honeycomb Toffee 20~30g (this is completely up to you!)

① Pour ice & milk into the glass.
② Add adequate amount of honeycomb toffee.
③ Pour espresso over it.
④ Top it with more honeycomb toffee.

The Dalgona Latte looks amazing and I just finished making the honeycomb. When I try to make the Honeycomb for the fist time, I burned my sugar and I had to remake the honeycomb again. The second one came out perfect! Now finally I can use the honeycomb to make the dalgona Latte. Thank you Chef Hanbit for sharing this wonderful recipe! 💖😊👍🙏🙏

Thanks it's an interesting recipe. I remember adding baking soda to warm honey when making a honey cake. It creates "dalgona effect" as well

I made dalgona the other day according to your recipe and it was so hard not to just eat it on its own 😂
But I managed to use it as a sweetener for my cup of milk and it's amazing 💜

I've tried this in Coffee Bean when I visited Seoul and I fell in love with it. Paired it with the cream cheese muffin. Until I can go back again, I will keep making this!
