Ο χώρος της θυσίας των γυναικών της Νάουσας το 1822 _ Naousa - Arapitsa, Monument...

Όπως αναφέρει η επιγραφή που υπάρχει στον χώρο του μνημείου:
Διαβάτη, στάσου με ευλάβεια στη μνήμη των νεκρών. Μέσα στο βάραθρο που ξανοίγεται μπροστά σου, βρήκαν ένδοξο και ηρωικό θάνατο οι γυναίκες και τα παιδιά της Νάουσας, για την ελευθερία και την ανεξαρτησία του Ελληνικού έθνους, στις 22 Απριλίου 1822.

As the inscription on the monument says:
Wayfarer, stand reverently in memory of the dead. In the chasm that opens again before you, the women and children of Naoussa met a glorious and heroic death, for the freedom and independence of the Greek nation, on April 22, 1822.
