REVIEW: Rain-X Spot Free Car Wash

Does it work? Will it dry with no water marks?

I used this product in the shade it worked just fine and did hand dry it. My vehicle is a grey metallic color.

I used it on my black zr2 I have to say it works great not one water spot ... what I did is washed with a mitt with rain x then sprayed the whole truck with it before rinsing worked great .

this is an amazing product! I use it In my foam cannon, throw foam then work with brush, rinse and u good to go

So after you washed it, did you rinse it with water???? Or just let the soap dry up?

I've used Rain-X car wash on both my white and black cars. Both are left spot free every time used.
Rain-X is a car wash ... not a "wash & wax" product.

Hey maybe you can help me, I've used the spot free wash several times and it does not come out spot free. Spots everywhere and the effect from the soap dries on too. I park in the shade. Rinse whole truck off. Wash 1 section and rinse before it dries, then move on to next section. Then I let it air dry and it has spots everywhere like it has been rained on. I used 2 ounces of soap for 2 gallons of water. This is the fifth time trying the spot free rain x. The first four times I used a hose and bucket. This last time I used a power washer. Any idea what's going wrong?

If you take it for 10 minute drive on road going 50 you won't see any spots.
