I had never watched more than a few random episodes of Trek at this point last year, now I've finished TOS and TNG and am midway through S2 of DS9. If there was one thing I appreciate about quarantine, it was that it gave me time to catch up on this half-century of TV I missed. It helped to make this year a bit more bearable. I think I'm not alone in this.

"with characters that reflect the best of us." Then it cuts to Seven literally murdering a bunch of people before killing her ex out of revenge lol. I don't really think Discovery or Picard come anywhere close to capturing the feel or message of Star Trek. If you enjoy them, good for you. I'm keeping an open mind for Strange New Worlds but I'm not optimistic lol.

Just don´t pretend other Star Trek shows never existed. I like this video because it shows both new Trek and old Trek! DS9 and Voyager remastered would be GREAT and please, make "Strange New Worlds" as soon as possible, cause it is going to be amazing!

loved the cheeky high-def shot of the Defiant. Hopefully this need to expand and deliver more Trek content will persuade Paramount to invest in upscaling DS9 and Voyager into HD. We even have high-def Babylon 5 which i love but hardly has the fanbase of Star Trek Fingers Crossed!
