How to make an easy origami Heart Bookmark

Difficulty Level: simple

My paper:
15cm x 7.5cm origami paper (half of a square)
A bill or any other rectangle can be used

Two variations you can make from this model:

1) At 1:47, instead of folding edges at 1/4 of the model, fold at 1/6. Then you don't need to fold points at the top later
2) Use a square. Make hearts on both sides instead of the long flap

regular copy/printer paper wont let me do the part where you collapse the tiny corner pieces at around 3:00 mins in the video. it won't hold. I can't do it. I'm so frustrated

Great design as usual, thanks. I managed to obtain an alternate color heart, so you can use a double faced white/red paper, . It’s not that difficult, the 2:46 fold is the main difference, but nothing “hardcore” 😉

Nice looking heart. What happened between 4:20 and 4:21? You switched to a different model? Before 4:20, there were two pieces that met at the middle. After 4:21, the front is continuous. That must be a more difficult set of folds, but I would expect you to show the results of these origami instructions, not some other model "poofing" into existence. I think it would have been fine to show the results of the original folding. I would have enjoyed that more.
