another test by Jetske Ultee (netherlands) showed that if you use normal amount of foundation, it does clean the skin a little bit better, but it's not that much better. If you use layers and layers of foundation (which never happens) the clarisonoc does a better job. Do I wouldn't invest in the clarisonic. you just need a good cleanser and double cleans at night.

Please review by terry foundations, I know some ingredients are problematic and fragrance is an issue but I want to know the level of problem these ingredients may cause since as foundations they perform outstanding

Thanks for the review, I checked immediately Beautypedia reviews for cleansing tools. And I found out that brush Olay Pro X looks exactly the same as Braun Facial Cleansing brush which is a part of Braun Silk Epil 9 Spa and can't be bought separately from the epilator. Is it the same brush? If yes, is it another confusing selling technique from skincare companies?

Hi Nathan! Excellent video. I purchased the Clarisonic years ago when it was first released. I think it's great, but I really dislike that you can't replace the batteries in any of their tools. Sadly, that's what's kept me from buying a replacement. It's such a popular item you'd think (hope) the company would care about how wasteful it is in the long run. What are your thoughts on this? Is there another reason other than the obvious for making the batteries irreplaceable?

Is the Clarisonic smart profile waterproof? Can one use it in the shower and run the whole thing under the tap?

Okay, I have no idea if you would know this, but when you say on the beautypedia article that that brush's microchip collects usage time "in minutes" and then relays it to the actual device, does that mean that it's rounding to the nearest minute? I'm probably hair splitting and it doesn't even matter, but if I use it for 1m32s will it tell the handle that I used it for 2 minutes because I feel like that would add up. It doesn't really matter, I was just curious.
