Generate Unique, Non-Repeating List of Numbers in Excel with RAND and RANK

Let's say you need to come up with a seating chart. Using RANDBETWEEN, you may get duplicate entries for the same number, or missing numbers.

Using RAND in conjunction with RANK will get you a list of unique, non-repeating numbers in Excel.
