rebuilding a tedder HD 1080p

How did you get the 2 outside baskets off the main frame? I need to replace the pivots on mine.

I am having trouble removing the collar from the axle shaft, parts manual shows snap ring on outside of axle which I removed, then it shows a snap ring inside before the bearing and the gear, how did you remove that ring to remove the collar?

Was there a manual you used for torque specs or setup? I have a Deere 752 which is the same thing, made by Kuhn, that I am about to rebuild. Deere does not offer a technical manual, only the operators manual. Thanks.
