Northeast Ohio weather forecast: Drier, warmer air moves in

Your 11 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Oct. 17, 2023: So far we've picked up 2.54" of rain at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. This is .70" above average to date for October.
In the entire month of September we only got .77" (which is more than 3" below average). More rain is in the forecast too...
So what you can glean from this is we'll have a pleasant shift in the weather for Tuesday. We'll call it "Transition Tuesday." By Wednesday it'll look and feel different around here!
