This is super helpful for me. I have largely avoided these exercises for risk of injury

My back does have a few uncommon structural anomalies, so I can’t just take off-the-rack lifting advice (pun intentional) at face value. The concept you brought up helps translate what works for your body, into the context of my own wacky anatomy.

I don't personally like rack pulls.
I get it, but its like an injury waiting to happen if you don't do full dead lifts.
I think more important is to get a full rep in, understand the form and movement, then you can modify it with rack pulls.

Regardless, looking like a beast bro.
Can't wait until Mr O at the end of the year
