The truth is that the situation has been absurdly comical, a North American developer is banned in its own country because it hired the services of a foreign publisher which coincidentally is owned by the company that owns TikTok. All because of the poor wording of a cease and desist order. What a day at the office they must have had at Second Dinner.

Props to you for being responsible with your success! I too often see content creators living beyond their means when they "make it, " and it makes me happy to know that you have that wiggle room.

Regis, if you are reading this - thanks for being you. This ban was like my parachute being cut. I've spent 5 years trying to succeed with various forms of content to finally start having some success when I started a Marvel Snap channel in November (trying to follow your lead). It felt like all this work that got me closer to my goal finally meant nothing - I like you want to keep making videos on marvel snap so I hope it is resolved soon.

Either way, I appreciate you being honest in the vid. Your honest gives me a bit of concern that the last three months of content production may not work out - but you also give me some hope that eggs can be safe in a basket when the basket and egg are both cared for - once again hoping to follow your lead.

I don't believe the conspiracy theories - meaning I'm sure Second Dinner was blindsided by this. But unexpected things like this are when you are supposed to spend the goodwill you've build by having a great game and monetize it fairly. Unfortunately, SD has failed spectacularly on monetization and card acquisition since launch and this might just be the tipping point from which they can't recover.

As a member of both communities, I have also found Snap folks to largely pretty chill, but it's a shame that people are ruining pocket for you, you deserve nothing but respect, and I would watch you play basically any game you wish.
