Notice how Kirby's hypothetical answers relate to Jean-Pierre's hypothetical questions. Imagine their risks if the North Koreans gather to defend Russian borders against the Ukrainians trapped in Kursk instead of training for tactical nuclear combat by the Russians? Did North Korean have volunteers on their hands, or did they have to draft them? The satellites aren't saying, but it's not like BRICS doesn't matter for the sanctions at stake.
