since p-value = 0 why do we fail to reject h0? we should reject h0 and accept hA - which suggest positive autocorrelation - clustering. Correct me if im wrong :D

could you help me please.
I have 4 variables: country, CO2 emissions, latitude and longitude.
Is it enough to do Moran's I?
I would like to see if CO2 emissions are spatially correlated
