Going to have my hubby stop at a couple of Dollar Tree stores on his way home after work. It's my birthday February 27th (my 56th) and I don't care about jewelry or flowers, just give me yarn and maybe some candy and I'm a happy woman.

I read an article about $ tree. They are adding more craft stuff to their stores. Apparently they have figured out that a lot of people do crafts.

Cute hairstyle! I'm so jealous with your yarn hall! A small afghan in the flowers yarn will be so pretty, plus a nice yarn to work with during the cold cold winter. My local Dollar Tree if I find yarn, it is so scratchy. I've become so sensitive to the 'feel' of some yarns, if it bothers my hands and it's in my stash, it's gone. Conversely, if it bothers my hands when I'm shopping, I shed a tear and don't purchase.

Hello Jennifer! I just seen the thumbnail! Wow! I went yesterday to check out my dollar tree and they had one ball of yarn that I found behind a box with no label. I searched a little more and found the yarn band! The lady at the checkout said it sells out as fast as they get it. She didn't know when they would get more. So glad he did that for you! How sweet!

I did the same thing. My husband and I went on a Saturday to 6 different DT and on the fifth one I found a full case of the flower yarn and I bought the whole box. I will look forward to see what you make with it. I'm excited I found it. Have a great day Jennifer.
