How To Make a Silicone Mold of a Hand - Ecoflex® 00-35

This lifecasting video tutorial shows how Ecoflex® 00-35 silicone can be used to lifecast a hand. Ecoflex® 00-35 is a skin safe fast setting platinum silicone.

Ecoflex® 00-35 is a soft, fast cure platinum-catalyzed silicone that is versatile and easy to use. Parts A and B are mixed 1:1 by weight or volume, pot life is about 2.5 minutes and rubber cures in about 5 minutes at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and pouring. Rubber cures without a “tacky” surface, is very soft, very strong and very “stretchy”,
stretching many times its original size. Ecoflex® 00-35 is off-white translucent and can be color pigmented using Silc Pig® silicone color pigments.

Certified Skin Safe - Ecoflex® 00-35 can be used for a variety of skin safe applications including making fast skin safe appliances for special effects and cosplay, cushioning for orthopedic and orthotic devices worn on the body and much more. Awesome video. But I have a question I was interested in making a glove 🧤 from a hand sculpture I have . I want to make it wearable . This video doesn’t show that. I know I would have to cast it but I been scratching my head on how to make it into a glove. Can you guys point in the right direction. It would be so helpful. I want to make it latex. Wow, what a great tutorial! I was looking for something like that. I am a student from Germany and am planning to cast and mold two or three hands and about 10 cm from the forearm. But I have some questions: 
Can I cast two hands with one can? It is enough for more than one hand? 
What is this release agent "Body Release Cream" made of? Can I just use vaseline / petroleum jelly to separate skin and silicone?
You would help me a lot if you could answer that.

I read that the trial size for 00-35 is .91 kg. Would this be enough for an entire hand along with about 3 inches of arm?

How do I make both sides smooth so I can take the mold on and off? or is it just as simple to do smoother neater work? or If I flip it inside out will I not notice?

Is it dangerous to cut or trim the silicon after it's set? Using scissors or a fine sandpaper to smooth out imperfections or remove extra tags? Would it be less skin-safe after that?
