If you think that “230 Tasty Sandwiches” of 1970 sounds an awful lot like “500 Tasty Sandwiches” of 1941 you are absolutely correct. This book was shared with me by Bobby over @RetroRecipesKitchen and @thisfellow (thanks, man!) and is featured in the section titled “Teen-age Specialties.” Which makes no sense if you look at the ingredients. Still, it sounds tasty.
