Playing the vision mechanic is probably one of the most rewarding and most difficult things in this game, especially in a medium tank. You need a good amount of personal experience to know where to drive to in order to make this work. Because if you drive to the wrong spot and mess up you ded.

This tank is so fun especially when you know exactly when to switch between sniping and being aggressive. I remember one of my best games where I got 8k spotting without getting spotted myself and then proceeded to do 5k damage later in the game.

One interesting thing with the ammunition of the leo is that the gold rounds are not that expensive compared to the regular rounds, so most of the time It is worth it to fire gold because you benefit more with less credit costs

As someone who got 100% MoE with the Leo1, I recommend to go with T3 Exp Turbo + Bond Rammer/Vents.
For the Field Mods, take full accuracy then you'll have a tank that pretty can't miss.
200 DPM means absolutely nothing but 0.23 is noticeably different from 0.26.
When you have everything ready, your Leo1 become a ridiculously fast tank that has a true laser gun.
27% camo is good enough.
The Leo1 even with a Bounty Exhaust can only reach 36% camo, which is still 7% lower than the 43% camo requirement to really compete with tier 10 LTs.
In the end of the day, what you want with the Leo1 is farming your opponents like there's no tomorrow.
And that will lead you to go for either a Bond VStab or a T3 Exp Turbo.
Moving faster or shooting faster, that depends on what you want.

I use to use the leopard in advances because it was my only 10 and they needed people, but I ran bond rammer, bond vents, and V stabs. I'd take a sniper spot and man that dpm was pretty fun

Working on the field mods right now. So for now i am using all bounty equipment. Vents, gun rammer and optics. Lets me play a bit like a TD at beginning of game. I will look into the CVS build once I have the mods done. So right now my view range is 542.

Working on getting the leopard, my favorite is still my M48A5 and M60 though. As they actually have armor, great dpm, good alpha and heat. Plus pretty damn fast, and pretty sneaky, with decent view range and great gun handling. Almost as good as a leopard in some ways, and better in others. Plus I can beat up Leo’s in close quarters, haha. As I can actually bounce some of their shots fairly reliably when we’re both moving and circling, or you know just ram them, especially in my 48A5. Or beat up on and brawl tier 8 and 9 heavies, as I have just as much or more armor, am smaller, way faster than most, and a far better gun. Or act like a t10 crappy heavy, if I gotta, can hold the line pretty well as a pocket heavy, if that means us winning, can usually pull it off.

Got the E-50M first, it was good than they changed it and decided to get the Leopard 1 (a friend said it was hard to get/ play) was not lol, and I love it, fits my playstyle a ton

To compare: 5% less accuacy equal 1 equip slot (improved aiming), while 3% loading just 1/3 slot of equipment.

I got the Leopard 10 days ago and am 0 for 12 in it. I don't have the field mods yet. Hopefully your advice for the fitting helps. I want to like it. And yes it gets ammo-racked way too easily.
