If you want to know what happened, the girl always thought of the dad as her coach after her mom died when she was young, and they ended up doing the surgery because the dad realized that that was her doughter and he didn’t want to lose another one of his family members.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 17. I was a distance runner, but I pretty much always ate whatever I wanted. Decided to swim instead of run in college and it went away
