2024 and listening to songs they haven’t even came close since the 70s-early 2000s

This song had such a different feel live in the early 2000's. Still an amazing performance, but you could really feel the grief in his voice back then, like the song meant more to him back then. Almost has a country twang to his voice for a lot of this performance. Again, I'm not dissing at all, just crazy how different the feel is.
