I'm a kabob chef. All these years in Canada and I've always had positive feed back from canadians.
Most of our restaurants don't do justice to our food

it was a very insightful conversation. I was always wondering why most Persian restaurant we see in Europe lack enough creativity/flexibility in serving our delicious food. We would definitely need more trainings on Persian culinary art for Iranian restaurant holders abroad! By the way, I had never heard of Sardined Polo!!! Are you sure it exists?! I had heard of top chehel tikka and Colah cap though!
