Makes a bit of sense since in the show, Marie's soul belongs to Papa Legbah. I could imagine it would take a whole other episode to bring her back. Plus, I doubt Cordelia is really checking for her since technically Laveau was never part of the Coven. Idk, I'm just spit balling here

I wouldn't be opposed to her returning if it fit into the plot and story, but she wasn't even a member of the titular Coven in AHS season 3... You say that "nearly every 'Coven' witch returned for 'Apocalypse, ", but she wasn't a 'Coven' witch, and 'Apocalypse' hasn't included or brought back Fiona Goode or Nan, both of whom DID belong to the Coven...
