I like this pivot to more frequent but smaller buys by MSTR using the ATM. Ultimately it makes sense to always use the ATM as long as NAV is above 1, but we clearly felt the uncertainty in the price action caused by the wild ATM usage during the last month. If Saylor would come up with some internal rule to always ATM massively at lets say higher than 2.5 NAV then I don't think that would be good for MSTR long term, since people would just start trading the stock around this forming pattern and the NAV expansion thesis would be dead.
