In Texas if someone is criminally trespassing on your property. You are well within your rights to use deadly force if they are told to leave and refuse to do so.. If they are met with armed force when they try to tresspass I garuntee they will back off..

These dairy farmers have set these small pens these calves are penned in to limit the spread of disease between the calves, through contact. The farmers can keep better health checks on the calves whilst their immune system is being developed. They can be treated more effectively and efficiently.
As for the animal activists that decide they are intitled to tresspass on these properties. You are the ones spreading diseases, most likely quite detrimental to the livestock that are on the farm.
Here in Australia we have signs up on most farms saying that this is a bio security area under strict quarantine regulations. Any person wanting to enter must ring the telephone number below. No unauthorised access is allowed and will be subject to trespassing and quarantine laws and regulations
