The Long Story
So, I got a white Stanley IceFlow flip straw water bottle because I dropped my plastic water bottle on one of my "rowdy," walks on my treadmill. The Stanley IceFlow flip straw water bottle is a brick, or should I say, solid stainless steel.
According to the bottom of the Stanley, it can hold 22 ounces or about 650 ml of water. It also has a flip up area with a straw, but I don't use the straw. The no straw experience is OK, there is an air vent in the flip-up area, so once in a while, water may leak.
Does the flip-up straw randomly leak? Only if I don't flip the straw part all the way vertical, then it leaks, or if I screw on the lid off-centred. Random leaks haven't happened yet.
So far, no need for any sort of lid replacement or straw replacement. The lid has been pretty solid.
Hopefully now if I drop my Stanley Iceflow on the ground, it will stay in one piece.
As for testing how long the Stanley keeps the water cold, I haven't really done any tests.
To sign off, I will say, the Stanley IceFlow gets a little heavy when filled up. Much heavier than a plastic water bottle filled up.
