Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown | Crimson 1 vs. Mihaly | Part III | PW-MK.1

Part III. I certainly didn’t expect the last video of the “Crimson 1 vs. Mihaly” series to be the first video of 2024, but here we are. Coincidentally, today's also the birthday of this channel.

More importantly, I never imagined that it would take nearly five months to make this video. Part III has knocked Part II off the throne for the longest and biggest “vs. Mihaly” video that I have ever made. With a runtime of 16 minutes and a staggering file size of 347GB, I’m genuinely shocked that my computer did not reach the surface temperature of Prospero during “Consequence of Power”.

On another note, I do want to acknowledge that I am not a fan of rewriting/remolding the events of one game into another, but in order for the narrative of this small series to make somewhat sense, I had to do it. As a result, I did the best I could for the first four minutes of the video and proceeded to put all my effort and time into the actual gameplay, cinematography, and editing, which is where I believe the video shines. Despite my skepticism for the writing, I’m still excited for everyone to see the final installment.

As the originator of the Crimson Navy SEAL copypasta, I can confidently say that the usage of it in here made me laugh.

The comedy of it (at least to me) is because Crimson is the type of character to actually, unironically say it. Frankly I never expected Erusia (C1's VA) to actually voice it, but goddamn am I glad he did.

Okay Phantom, I gotta say you really outdid yourself with this one! The unique dialogue between Crimson and Mihaly was excellent, seeing the PW MK1 take on the X02 Strike Wyvern was amazing, and the ending was just the icing on the cake. I had only just came across your channel in 2023, but seeing your content reignited my love for the Ace Combat franchise. I look forward to your future projects, but for now, I think it's best you perhaps take a break. You deserve it after making this masterpiece.
