Charlie's right. This IS ridiculous. I still have no clue what gives Berta so much freedom to do all these things, when realistically Charlie would've fired her long ago and no, it's not like she's so valuable that he's so dependent on her so he tolerates her behaviour. She's funny, but it makes zero sense given her position. And don't give me that lame excuse Charlie gave in the first few episodes as to why she can do whatever she pleases. ;)
