Sifan stood her ground before being further pushed into the barriers.
To later on cry in the media, saying that the nudge has cost her gold, is only further condemning Tigist Assefa as a sore loser with poor sportsmanship.
The fact that the Ethiopian team filed a complaint and were unsurprisingly rejected only further confirms the dirty play.
