I didn't order anything from PPU all year last year (trying to be good!!), but then suddenly in September or October there were about 8 that were *truly* unique to my collection. So I got those and then in this month's release, I bought two. I've been shopping with PPU for several years now, and I have to say, after a while, even those unique and special Indie polishes all tend to look the same -- flakies, purple, thermals, shimmers, etc. So I try hard to not impulse buy, and I think I did very well last year.

This videos was so fun to watch.

I actually ordered for the first time this morning and I got two shades: Cupcake Polish -Icarus because I like its ethereal effect and Polished for Days-Games of Flora because I don’t have any reflective finish and I liked the mauve base with those warm shifts.

I wanted another doors, but I am glad I restrained myself because I’m looking forward what new things will come up for future months from PPU.

just shopped PPU this morning! I only picked up one - Vanessa Molina's 'Heart and Soul.' I'm hooked on that brand's flakies after their PPU polish 'Silenzio Bruno, ' which was my absolute favorite polish I got from PPU in 2022! I also got Great Lakes Lacquer's 'Lake Superior Shenanigans' this year and am definitely a fan of the brand now - their shimmers are so beautiful.

I'm shopping with PPU for the first time (as I'm EU-based) and I got Lumen - Wild Moon, Atomic - Gaia, and Rogue Lacquer - A little dark, a little gloomy.

Super excited, although I know it will take ages to get to me in the Netherlands, especially since it's through Nailland's collaboration with PPU, so it has to go to Hungary first.

Overall, 14 is pretty restrained, so good job on that! I hope I can keep it restrained, as well, especially since it's a hassle to order outside the US. Lake Superior Shenanigans is definitely my fave of your haul, but I also loved Pahlish's Send Nudies. I think brand-wise, Polished For Days might be the next one on my radar to replace BKL.

Thanks for sharing Stefanie 💖 I think you have chosen perfect Stefanie-esque polishes, beautiful! I ordered for the first time from PPU in May last year and as I live in Europe, I try to get a sensible balance between number of polishes vs shipping fees avoiding customs at the same time. My average order is 6-7 polishes but I only bought every third month. I got Fantastic Jellyfish as well and was kind of surprised to not have seen or heard more about it as it made it into my personal 2022 favorites. For this months PPU I ordered Femme Fatale, BKL, Lilypad, Danglefoot, Kathleen & Co and Dew. I ought to skip now Feb and March but especially the Feb theme sounds fun 💖

I discovered PPU in June! I really think it is a terrific way to try lots of different polishes. The downside is trying to keep myself from getting them all! 😜 I only had one that I bought that was the same as you. Painted Polish The Witch is Back! I love that one. So good! I wanted to pick up Painted Polish Mighty Pine. I just thought I must have something similar. But now I’m regretting it! 😆

Just shopped PPU today and got some cool polishes. This month was really good. I picked up three magnetics lol. I think I'm most excited for the Colores de Carol polish, it's kinda ugly?? But it's also so so unique, I don't think I've seen anything like it before (blue to purple multichrome base with gold magnetic). I'm really excited to see it in person haha.

I also picked up the same snow globe you did from last month! I put it on asap cuz i wanted the wintery vibes for my nail. I enjoy it, but wish the base was a bit more white colored like the promo pics, it's much more lavender than I expected.

I was prepared to buy from ppu for the first time this month but there wasn't much besides drks magnetic topper I really wanted soo maybe next month

I love the textures of balms and butters and oils, so that tub wouldn't last me more than a season or two. It's a sensory thing. My spouse is the opposite. The slightest bit of greasey feel has him cringing. He'd rather have bumpy dry calloused skin than to use an oil, lotion, or butter.

The one polish I wanted is sold out this month so I took it as a sign to pass on January. Wildflower’s option also didn’t WOW me so meh. But I LOVED this idea for a video. Even though the polishes aren’t available, its still fun to see all the blues you got. 😆🫶🏽💙

Yay thanks for this fun video! I’ve only just gotten into PPU but I’m worried about my (lack of) restraint as there are so many beautiful polishes. Given that you managed to keep it to 14 last year, I’d be really interested to hear about any tips you may have about keeping hauls low. 🫣
