Custom grills are such a nice touch. The performer's name on the front is so smart. My 40 looks like my rugs and my desk mat, it's so beautiful to look at. It even gives me pleasure when it's off!

i use the spark live at home to practice various instruments (electric and electro-accoustic guitars, bass guitar, mico-korg and roland spds drum pad). I wouldn't have bought one amp for each instrument, and it's nice to switch instrument on one only machine. I also practice mic-singing sometimes, just to remain used to it. I find the phone-control-thing quite anoying (i don't like using my phone when i have a guitar on my knees), so i made my own presests on the amps, and the phone is used only if i want some back music. I still haven't played live with, cause i mainly do open mics and use the local PA. But it could be useful one day to be able to bring my own PA. Definitely, this spark live matches my needs, with the guitar and bass sims, which are good enough for home use, and the mic/line PA. Though two things are quite deceptive : the smart jam thing doesn't work with me (it never recognise the tune i play), and there's a video capture device which doesn't work either (and that's really a pity cause i like posting a video of my news songs.
