17:55 - are we manufacturing compressors or still importing them? If yes, since it's the most important part of an AC or refrigerator. Shouldn't we call it assembling instead of manufacturing?

Higher middle income country in next decade? Sounds great but the multiplier effect of public capex seems to be incrementally reducing over time. Hope you are right on the private capex sunil sir. Need the extra push to shift into a different orbit.
