I feel the barrier of non availability is simply neglecting people's health care needs. The overwhelming majority of people are not simply ' anxious' . It also acts as a block to anyone who may want to pro actively be taking steps to prevent future healthcare burden ! E.g blood pressure diabetes etc. it also is discriminatory ( we know men are nowhere near as persistent in exploring health issues) it is NOT something good & I'm surprised you have this spin in it as a necessity to prevent demand!
