Me & my husband purchase a JBL prxone. But had to send it back to the shop .as the sound and functions did not work very well

At work I have a pair of Eon ONE MKII's that we use for simple events (ground-breaking ceremonies, some music playback, speech and some acoustic acts/singers) and have enjoyed them (Using an external mixer for most, because we have them handy). We also have a pair of Turbosound inspire3000's that we used with full bands all the time but one of them took a dive and is not functioning - good luck getting service help from MUSIC tribe). Singer in my band does a lot of solo gigs/live-looping and he had an EON ONE and has really liked it and just upgraded to a PRX ONE and is loving it.... So I Picked up a pair of the PRX ONE's (just got them last week) and upon first testing, I'm diggin' it. We have our first (Full Band, All direct) gig next week with them and I'm optimistic. I'm also a live sound professional, so I'm using a digital console that already has our basic setup/mix dialed in so it will be more of a fine-tuning and then seeing how it does sort of thing. Leaving the channel and main EQ's flat on the PRX and music playback sounds fantastic.

Two sides of a PA, in rolling bags that are almost smaller than one of the subs I have? (those were crummy carpeted DJ subs, so these are an instant upgrade) - I cant wait to set up with this rig!!.

I'll comment again after I've been in-the-trenches with it!

If they solve the weak preamp of the previous models, this might be the one.

I cant find any information either in the Manuel or on any of these sites on how to hook two of these together for a left snd right side of my stage. How to just run them parallel.
Maybe out the back of one and into the first channel of the second? Then how to hook the Bluetooth to just one speaker but maybe have it play through both like a traditional PA system. So much to learn about this new PA. We're excited but I just need more resources. Thanks in advance for any info on this.

Have had a pair of PRX ones for about 6 months . Somethg wrong w one of them . The bottom on one of them doesn’t play at all ( but it does pass the mids/highs off to the sticks) . Repair center had w no response for 3 weeks., I call them and they ordered a part w none coming from JBL . I call JBL, they say the place never ordered, but also said they have NO parts, or speakers to switch out UNTIL OCTOBER. . So I have no speakers for summer money months and start of school which is also money for me …. So I’m the one stuck . CRAZY ( btw …..sounded great ….. until it didn’t at all)

Does the rolling bag from the Eon One fit this? It looks like the same transporter. I love the convenience of the Eon One. But, it lacks power (& enough inputs).

Is it possible to have a different mix for the pass through output so it could act as a monitor output? Also, what would be the best way to connect external digital mixer? Don't want to plug the mixers xlr out into a mic preamp but want a balanced input.

I own this speaker, so far it's okay. But did I just hear the video says that this one uses Class D and fully bridged amp and I can use it at MAX VOLUME without damaging it?

A key missing feature for me would be a monitor out. Most digital mixers of this size would have one, Can the pass thru be used as monitor out with a software or firmware upgrade in the future that allows separate mix thru xlr out??

Can you adjust the signal pass through xlr to use as an AUX channel to run a powered monitor say of just 1, 2, 3 mic inputs?
