How is it when you run? I heard through another review that the 101 model, you can't run for a long time. The motor isn't built for it.
For this one, the motor is just a bit stronger. Have you had issues when running? Do you feel like when you land, the belt stops for a second before picking up?

I had mine for 2 years and 9 months. The motor died. Burnt out. Awful smell. Anyways it’s says life time warranty on the motor. I can’t/couldn’t get a hold of horizon in this matter. I used mine quite often (walking and running). I also did all the maintenance as per manual. I ended up purchasing a Nordic track EXP 7i. See how long it lasts. Any of these that say lifetime warranty on the motor is a complete lie. They should be spanked by the Govt for deceiving us.

I'm so disappointed, we purchased the same one. it was NOT NOT NOT easy to set up. We've had it for a month, have not used it once. It does not turn on. Did troubleshooting of every kind. How did you turn it on, just plug it in and hit the start button?

I got mine in Sept 2020. I will definitely NOT recommend this to anyone in apartments. Belt keeps slipping away, loud noise, shakes like earthquake. Anything above 4 speed it will wake up ur neighbors too. We got leg pain after walking on this 😒😒. If you have chance please try it once before u buy or don’t buy! ❌🚫. Customer service is poor too.
