There's also the small detail in the hallway where all the portraits are covered except the ones with Via. She's the one person in Stolas's life that he still wants to see. After all this divorce garbage.

The parallel between all the portraits in the palace and all of Blitz's pictures too is neat. They both covered up the people they hate most. In Blitz's case, it's himself, and in Stolas's case, it's everybody, including himself, except Via.

This is what divorce with a narcissist will always look like. To divorce a narcissist, you essentially have to be okay with the idea that you will lose anything that you did not put your name on legally. Cars, gifts, the house, all of it. My mom is getting ready to divorce my narcissistic father and this is his tactic. Take everything he paid for or signed for, even if it was my mom who worked for it. To give you an example; she spent years saving to buy herself a new car. She got it, but because he has the insurance it's registered under his name, he's going to keep it. But rest assured while she may not win the battle, she is going to win the war.

That may be part of it but the rest of the house being so dark, wrapped up or packed away just screams to me that Stolas is retreating from his own life. Physically, emotionally, mentally. His bedroom, bathroom, and (i would wager) study/office are still bright, decorated, etc. These are Stolas' refuges. His safe spaces. And he is retreating from the rest of the house. There's also other clues he's NOT been well throughout the episode. His coffee mug during breakfast says "Sad Dad" and he's eating a cereal with the tagline "sad shapes for sad people". Also I doubt the rest of the house would look like this if Octavia was there so WHERE IS VIA???

Damn that's right. I were angry at him for the way he treated Blitz that I didn't stop to think of how much sh!t he's going through... I kinda understand him better now... The situation is so messy. This is probably he couldn't bare hearing Blitz out and needed a "win" in a break up to feel he's not complete worthless. It's messed up, maybe he's not even aware, but, it finally makes sense

i feel so bad for stolas. full moon was bad for him (even though he was a bit of a hypocrite) and stela is making his life worse as he is loseing everything :(

I just hope that after Stolas’s ugly and disastrous divorce, Blitz is going to be the one that’s gonna help Stolas get through his most painful and emotional time especially considering that Stolas is at the LOWEST point in his life and is now homeless, he’s lost his royal status as a prince and is forced to live as a normal person for 100 years, is struggling with depression, and at his most vulnerable and emotional state. Stolas NEEDS Blitzø’s much more needed love, comfort, posit e reassurance, encouragement and more emotional support to help Stolas to not only get back on his feet again but also to fully reconcile with his daughter who has clearly disowned and stonewalled him. I’m sure Blitz and his friends will help Stolas through this difficult and most painful time in his life.😊

Well Stolas and Stella deserves to be divorced, they are no good for each other plus not only are the valuables in Stolas' Palace are covered up, but the same chandelier Blitz and Stolas played with when they were kids are also covered up. I know Stolas is free from Stella's control, but he still does not look okay and I'm worried about him. I just hope he'll still do anything for Octavia because I know he values her and protects her.😬🥺

Honestly, I hope that Octavia is somehow managing to cope with all of this. Between her father's breakdown, and her mother's insufferable attitude, and the DIVORCE...I hope that she manages to be ok.
