but I am very fresh to learn this. I have zero knowledge in programming language but I want to learn PHP and Codeigniter.
I have seen lots of videos regarding, but i cant able to understand like its syntex or property or keyword, etc.

You should have used VS code or atom editors because in tbis editor folder structure is not visible. so it confuse a little bit.
