MySQL Import Database using Command Line

How to Import Data from a SQL file into MySQL database server:
- Import using mysql program in command line
- Import inside MySQL Command Line Client
- Import data to a remote MySQL Server
It would be very convenient to use command line in case you don't have GUI tool like MySQL Workbench.
